Gleam provides residential window and exterior cleaning services and an online instant-quote tool. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using our website, requesting a quote, or communicating with us (including by text message), you agree to this policy.

- Contact details — name, phone number, email address.

- Property address and details about the home you want serviced.

- Information you submit through our website estimator, through lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, by phone, by text, or by email.

Information we generate to build your quote:

- To price a job without an in-home visit, we use your property address to look up publicly available county assessor records and to view satellite and street-level imagery of the property. This produces property characteristics (such as approximate size and number of windows) used only to estimate your price.

Information collected automatically:

- Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring links) via cookies and similar technologies.

- Advertising and analytics identifiers through tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, including parameters that tell us which ad or link brought you to us.

- We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers on our website; payments, if any, are handled by our scheduling and payment providers.

2. How we use your information

- Provide instant quotes and deliver the services you request.

- Schedule, perform, and follow up on jobs.

- Service providers who work on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to run our business, including: scheduling and job management (ServiceM8), text and call messaging (OpenPhone/Quo), workflow automation (Make.com), website and application hosting (Squarespace, Supabase, Netlify), analytics (Google), and advertising platforms (Meta, Google).

- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gleam, our customers, or others.

- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

4. Text messaging (SMS) terms

When you provide your phone number through our website, an ad lead form, or by texting us, you consent to receive text messages from Gleam related to your quote, appointment, and service, and — where permitted — occasional service offers.

- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

- Message and data rates may apply.

- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details above.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Your mobile opt-in and phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share your number only with the messaging service providers that help us send our own messages to you.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, understand traffic, and measure and personalize advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
